Lisa was prepared for each clinical experience by having clinical
guides complete and submitted on time.

COMMENTS:
Lisa exhibited professional behaviors to faculty, staff, patients and
their families, and fellow students and maintained patient
confidentiality during the clinical experience. Additionally, Lisa was
accepting of guidance regarding behavior.

a. Attends all assigned clinical experiences
b. Is punctual for clinical experience
c. Submits assignments as directed.
d. Appropriate dress according to agency and student handbook
guidelines for both preplanning and clinical experiences.
COMMENTS:
Lisa attended all clinical experiences, was on time, and was in dress
code for each experience. Assignments were submitted as directed
and on time.

Medications were administered to clients only with direct
supervision of the instructor or supervising staff.

Lisa completed clinical guides to provide a foundational knowledge
in order to plan and organize care for the developing family.
