Project Overview

Brief description of project

Provide pipe lengths and pipe fittings from stock/suppliers to a
client. Includes the preparation and shipment of goods. These
goods are quality assured and thoroughly inspected before release
from the company premises. The goods are to be implemented on
an offshore oil rig system.

Project Objectives

Detail the main goals and objectives of the project

The main objective of the project is to provide the relative goods
while reaching the designated deadline to ensure the end-client is
not affected by any delay caused by the company. All products will
be under a technical specification to which they are made. This is
to ensure the grade and quality of the products is satisfactory and
manufactured to all requirements outlined in its aforementioned
technical specification.

Success Criteria

Detail what outcomes will determine if the project has been

successful.
Providing all goods are shipped to the end client and are fit to
specification and purpose (product name/specification should be
outlined during the quote/enquiry process when approaching the
sales dept) and are supplied to the end client within the agreed due
dates, the project will be considered a success. If the project is to
exceed the agreed due date and is considered late, this may
jeopardize the payment aspect of the project as well as the
relationship with the client themselves.
