You have been appointed as consultants by Air India to understand the issues faced
by the organization and to develop a turnaround strategy for it to achieve
sustainable growth. You have to make a proposal to Air India highlighting the

Key challenges faced by Air India and how to tackle the situation
What kind of new initiatives can Air India undertake to build customer loyalty?
What would be the financial impact of these activities and how should it source
the funding?

General Guidelines:
Each team should have two members from the same institute
Participants should submit their analysis in the form of a presentation with not
more than 10 slides
Participants can make necessary assumptions with proper justification
Entries would have to be mailed to us at crux@xlri.ac.in before the deadline
Deadline for submission of the presentation: on or before 06th February 2015,
23:00 hrs.
Shortlisted teams for round 2 would receive a mail from us before 15th February
2015. Additionally, the list of the shortlisted teams would be put up on
