Technolympics 2014 (Unit Level)

Narrative report
S.T.E.P. Skills technolympics aims to showcase and develop the talents and skills of
high school students in different field. The said event was held in Cavinti National
High School last November 14,2014. S.T.E.P. Skills Technolympics offers a variety of
events/contests for secondary students like: Experimental Poultry Cookery Contests,
Experimental Fish Dish Contests, T-Shirt Printing and Designing Contests, Nail Art
with Hand Massage, Tarpaulin Designing Childrens Wear Construction Contests,
Webpage Designing Contests, PC Assembly with Configuration & Networking
Contest and Quiz Bee in HE, IA, AA, and ICT to participate and to choose who will be
moving to the division level of technolympics 2014.

The contestants, together with their respective teacher-coaches leaved the school
at exactly 6:00 in the morning. After more than an hour, they reached Cavinti
National High School. As the contestants got off the jeep they registered at once.
CNHS faculty and personnel was very warm in welcoming the participants. The
mechanics for each contest package were clearly discussed. More than that, Mr.
zaide taught the contestants about the importance of respect especially in judges
decision. Mr. Perolina stated the 5Cs of Competition: The confidence, courage,
concentration, conquer and most of all, crown of Glory. The program was very fun,
educational and entertaining.
