A RESOLUTION REGARDING STUDENTS WHO THEIR LOST LIBRARY CARD AND THE

ISSUANCE OF NEW ONE.

WHEREAS, Section 1 of Article II of the PUP COL Student Councils Constitution and ByLaws provides for the following Law Student Council objectives:
b. To advance the welfare of the PUP Law Students;
WHEREAS, Section 6 of Article VI provides for the COL-Student Councils powers and
functions, specifically:
a. To work for the General-Program of Action and act as the implementing body of the Society;
b. To supervise the day-to-day activities of the society;
g. To resolve issues and problems that brought before the committee;
WHEREAS, the students who lost their library card cannot borrow books due to the policy of NO
LIBRARY CARD, NO BORROWING OF BOOKS;
WHEREAS, the Student Council will be imposing a fee for the issuance of new library card;
WHEREAS, in executive meeting held on June 22, 2013, it was agreed upon by the Student
Council to impose P10.00 fee for those students requesting for the issuance of new library card;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the notices shall be posted in the College
regarding the matter.
