Thank you for completing online registration for the 2015 Region Leadership Conference.
You may make changes, deletions, or substitutions until December 9 at no charge. After December 9, no changes or
cancellations will be allowed. There is no late registration after December 9. Please note that you may not substitute
in a member whose dues have not been received in the national office by December 9.

All payments must be RECEIVED by December 31 or you will be assessed a $25 late payment penalty.
The deadline to cancel member's registration is December 9. If a member's registration is not canceled by December
9, you will still be required to pay his/her registration
A copy of all confirmations must be sent with payment and other materials.
You do not need to submit your code of conduct/dress code form with your registration. Please bring that with you to
the conference and turn in at the registration table.
If your chapter is participating in RLC Online Testing events, you must complete an online RLC Online Testing Site
Online Form by December 9.
High School Chapters:
All competitive event entries must be submitted online, except Job Interview and Electronic Career Portfolio (nonwebsite). Use the links available on the Georgia FBLA LiveBinder. These entries must be submitted by December 5.
Job Interview application materials and Electronic Career Portfolio (non-website) entries must be postmarked by
December 5 and RECEIVED by December 9.
Middle School Chapters:
Entries for ML Creed, ML Invention Convention, and ML Public Speaking should be submitted online no later than
December 5. You should mail your entries for Employability Skills to (POSTMARKED by December 5 and

Thank you for completing online registration for the 2015 State Leadership Conference. You may make changes and
substitutions until February 9 with no charge. After February 9, all changes should be made by filing a
Substitution/Change Form online no later than February 17. No changes or substitutions will be permitted after
February 17.
Upon registering, your chapter is eligible to reserve hotel rooms.

Checks should be made payable to Georgia FBLA. Do not mail checks to the Evans P.O. Box.
All payments must be RECEIVED by February 19. You will be assessed a late payment penalty of $25 if your
payment is not received by February 23. If payment is still not received by February 26, the late payment penalty
increases to $50.
The deadline to can cel registration is February 17. Cancellations can be requested by completing the SLC
Registration Cancellation Form online. There is a $10 fee for each cancellation. No cancellation requests will be
granted after February 17.
