honeydew honeys vary in the range of 20000 to 50000 centiPoise, floral nectar honeys
have viscosities in the range of 7000-20000 centiPoise; for native honey are values in a
range of 3000 to 7000 centiPoise. It occurs in all cases a decrease in viscosity with
increasing temperature. Conclusion, it is possible differentiation, classification and
identification of the honey in the country according to their different botanical,
entomological and biogeographical origins by rheological analysis and the
establishment of the characteristic parameters of flow.
