Society Nurse School
graduates its first class.
Tuition is $50 for the
entire program, and
graduates were to
charge no more than
$6 per week for their
nursing services.
Eighty-six students
enroll in the Relief
Societys eight-month
nursing class.

Society workers teach
motherhood education
classes, perform baby
check-ups, and make
home-health visits.
