importance of conservation.

Gained World Record for longest manual acoustic track of a Great White Shark.
Created a tagging program for small benthic sharks to assess population size.

Designed and built hands-on manipulatives for each student using the wood shop
available in my class, to assist students learning in principles of physics.
Utilized the wood shop availability to teach mathematics and physics in an exploratory
style such as asking students to use their knowledge of simple machines to build a
machine that could lift a weight using only the power of a hairdryer.
Practiced anecdotal assessment strategies as well as assisting in creating assignments
that were meaningful and interesting to individuals, this strategy resulted in a marked
increase in engagement of students as well as increasing punctuality of assessment
returns.
Took over all responsibility of choir rehearsals for the month due to teacher illness,
encouraging them in confidence through positive reinforcement, creating a dynamic
showcase of their talent in a fall concert.
