    founderofalineagelived.Andwithafewassumptionsaboutwheretheirdescendantsmighthave
    movedovertime,theresearcherswereabletotrackthegeographicoriginsoftheselineages.
    Ofcourse,theYchromosomelineagesofGenghisKhanandGiocanggastoodoutandsodidnine
    others,thoughtheiridentitiesareunknownrightnow.Altogether,thedescentclustersderivedfrom
    these11foundingchromosomesrepresent38percentoftheYchromosomesanalyzed.Thesenewly
    uncovered,highlyrepresentedlineagesoriginatedthroughouttheAsiancontinentinboth
    agriculturalandnomadicculturesfromtheMiddleEasttosoutheastAsiaandtheirexpansions
    beganbetween2100BCand1100AD.
