The Promise
Using skills of physical theatre, expressive movement and voice, the Year 6 classes
combine to present a dramatic representation of Making a Difference using the
book Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson as a stimulus.

Song Heal the World - Michael Jackson


This song was selected by Year 6 students because it is dedicated to creating a
better world and improving the lives of children. This song has made a difference
as it inspired the formation of the Heal the World Foundation, which was established
after the songs release.

This is a popular song among the Year 6 students and is accompanied by a
slide show of their photos collected throughout the year. It is a reflection of their
achievements, friendships and the preparation for their journey into secondary school.
