Target Audience: Academic College Audience

After reviewing the required portfolio items listed about, evaluate the presentation and
organization of the documents posted on your group members individual portfolio sites.
1. Based on the sentence craft usage and organization of information for the portfolios,
determine if the portfolio assignments are written and formatted for an academic audience.
If no, highlight specific passages that highlight your perspective and offer suggestions to
improving the text format and/or sentence craft.
If yes, highlight strong lines that demonstrate that the text is written for a college-level academic
audience.

About The emphasis here is the
tree because it represents my mind
and just who I am. I am definitely a
thinker, I observe, and analyze,
probably over analyze everything
to be exact, so there is not just one
branch of thoughts that are in my
head because once I start
questioning one thing I end up
having other things that connect to
it and my thinking goes from
there.
Student Voice Symposium
B) The symposium project aims to
address the public about education
inequality that causes the
achievement gap. Students at
Foothill College will be sharing
their own experiences about the
different concepts of unequal
education and propose solutions
that will help benefit future
students, specifically those who fall
under the minority spectrum.
