MIKURO NANOSYSTEMS NANITE LOAD PATCH


Nanite patches are silver, hand-sized bandages decorated with the Mikuro company logo, directions for use and the symbol
representing the type of nanite payload inside.
System
Nanite patches are activated by pressing them against bare skin. Effects manifest the following round as the nanites execute their
programming. Effects typically last for the current scene although research is ongoing to increase duration.

Effect
Adds +1 to AV for the current scene
Heals D10+5 Hit Points
Coats skin with nano-chem barrier which provides AV 4 vs. fire, acid and similar hazards
Each such patch used halts 1 point of Mashing damage
Adds +1 to Intelligence
If critically hit, this nano-load allows an END check on 1D10 to reduce it to a normal hit
Coats skin with anti-galvanic nanite barrier; adds +4 to EMPS & AV 4 vs. galvanic effects
The host gains a +3 bonus on resistance rolls vs. disease, poison and radiation sickness
Adds +1 to Perception
Adds +1 to Endurance
Immune to knock out for the current scene (Agents already immune to KO)
Places host in bio-stasis; protects against vacuum, drowning & extreme temperatures
Adds +1 to Strength
Increases Movement Speed by 10
Adds +1 to Agility
Will not feel intense pain (of no use to those with Synaptic Modulation, i.e. Agents & UIG)
Adds +1 to Presence
When injured will regenerate 1 Hit Point per round for the current scene
Prevents contraception and boosts resistance rolls vs. simple STDs by +4
Boosts fertility (sperm count and egg receptivity). 90% chance of conception
Enhances a single sense (sight, hearing, etc.), adds +2 to relevant skills for that sense
Adds +1 to Reflexes
Adds 2D4+4 extra HP for the current scene (in addition to normal complement)

GMs may also decide to allow Gemini Bioware, Two Snakes Medical or Eurasian Incorporated to produce some or all of these
products. Two Snakes and E. I. would utilize exotic medical serums and chemical mixtures to create these effects while Gemini
Bioware would use short-lived viruses, bio strains and other organic means.
