Draft the appropriate pleadings based from the following facts: (Make assumptions

if you can)
Mr. Ex Sample is a very busy businessman. At present, various concerns are in his
mind. They are as follows. The promised date to him by a certain Mr. U Tang for the
latter to pay him the amount of P1,000,000 lapsed yesterday. Mr. Ex decided to
foreclose the property which secured such loan. Also, Mr. Ex is also bothered by his
tenant, Mr. In Solvent who is already 2 months delayed in paying the monthly rent.
He decided to evict him from the premises. Mr. Ex also wants to file a Complaint for
a Sum of Money against a certain Mr. Pa Takas who owes him P10,000,000 by way of
unpaid merchandise. He fears that Mr. Pa Takas is contemplating of leaving the
country and thus, he wants to be protected in the Complaint he is about to file. Mr.
Ex Sample is no stranger to lawsuits. In fact, he just received an Order from the
Regional Trial Court of Quezon City in a probate case involving the will executed by
his late father. He believes said order was a grave abuse of discretion on the part
of the Judge and he wants to file the appropriate pleading for that. On a lighter
note, he is always bothered by his name Ex Sample and wants to file a petition to
change his first name. He also wants to adopt the son of a brother who died last
year. (This problem involves drafting at least 6 pleadings which shall be given 10
points credit each)
