Jenny has really blossomed this week as a student teacher. She has become more confident and is taking
risks trying new strategies that may be out of her comfort zone. The children are engaged and excited for her
lessons and it is fun to watch Jenny feeling more comfortable in the "teacher" role!

This was Jenny's first week of officially taking over the class. Behavior management is a challenge for all
educators because every class is different. Jenny is really trying to take charge and control the class. We will
continue to work on this area so that it is easier for Jenny to transition when she has her own classroom!

Jenny is a very shy person, but I am so proud of how she has shown her confidence to the children this week.
They know she is the one in "charge" and they adore and respect her.

Jenny is doing a great job of working with small groups for Math and Language Arts. She is able to observe
students that are have difficulty and give additional help when needed. Jenny is learning to challenge the
students that grasp concepts quickly with other performance tasks.
