SWORN STATEMENT
I, Irene M. Quimson , of legal age, Filipino, single and resident of Malued,
Dagupan

City, Pangasinan, after having been sworn

in accordance with law,

depose and say THAT:

1. On about 4:30 pm, December 14, 2014, as I heard our dogs barking, I
went outside my Sari-sari Store to see who or what they are they barking
at;
2. From a distance I saw Alberta dela Cruz coming out from her house
carrying a hand-bag. Thereafter, came Glenn and approached Alberta;
3. The two seemed to have an argument and in just a second, I saw Glenn
pointing a gun at Alberta and trying to grab the hand-bag from her;
4. Afterwards, I heard shots and that prompt me to hide for my safety;
5. When there were no more gun shots, I tried to peep at the incident and
saw Alberta lying at the floor full of blood;
6. From that scene I tried to shout for help and there came our neighbor
Klarence Villanueva.
7. Moments later Policemen came, they traveled Alberta to nearest hospital.
