Objective: Seeking an internship in restaurant service.. A very dedicated
and reliable employee desiring an unpaid internship position for three weeks
during the month of March.

Studied French cooking in an intensive month long cooking class. Learned
basic and more advanced techniques. The class final was preparing dinner
for a group of 185 students.

Attended Barnards Pre-College Summer in the City Program taking month
long college level courses in Psychology and Studio Art.

some pasta dishes. Also, did prep work including chopping vegetables.
Experienced the demands of a restaurant kitchen.
