Lauren's confidence and ability to articulate


the role of Occupational therapy in this
setting has improved significantly. She has
demonstrated an ability to accurately
articulate this to families and colleagues.

evaluate 2 children and observe 3
evaluations due to low need for evaluations
after count ending on Nov. 1st. She will
have more opportunity in the coming weeks.
During the evaluations she has completed
she demonstrated good clinical judgement
and completed her evaluation write ups with
thoroughness and was very concise.
