He is now Industrial Editor of Channel 4’s Business Daily programme. His previous publications include Freedom of the Airwnves, a Conservative Political Centre pamphlet on the 1990 Broadcasting Act, and the ITN Budget Fact Book between 1985 and 1987, He was ectucated at Reading School and Balliol College, Oxford, where he took a First in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and was President of the Oxford Union. He is the Conservative Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Brent East.
