developmentally appropriate strategies.
Morgan is progressing nicely at this point. She is beginning to experience the full effect of teaching and is
demonstrating that she is ready for the challenge. I am impressed with her willingness to try just about
anything. This past week, Morgan gained confidence and definitely planned and executed lessons that kept
students engaged and eager to learn. The students are developing a relationship with Morgan and feel she
cares about them as individuals. Morgan's ability to implement various teaching strategies is gaining
momentum.

Morgan is beginning to realize the importance of maintain discipline in the classroom. With that being said, we
have not have any disruptive behaviors of students thus far. They have been a few times in which Morgan has
had to deal with "off task" talk and she handled the situations appropriately with only one week of full
experience in the classroom.

Morgan is able to lead a classroom. She is where I would expect her to be at this point with learning how to
enforce a good classroom management plan.

throughout the period of observation.
Morgan possess a positive attitude toward students and teachers. She is a very pleasant teacher candidate
and easily approachable. With the exception of reporting on time, Morgan is exceeding expectations in all
areas of student teaching. I do believe Morgan is making progress in reporting to work on time. I am
extremely pleased with Morgan thus far and feel confident that she will continue to plan and deliver exceptional
lessons.
