General Summary of Quarter

In this quarter we can constantly make a profit in every store. First foodland
store we can make focus the product that costumer want, and we start to increase
the volume of the product to make more profit to our company.
Second are jewelry stores (TumTanRong and H&N). I expanded my business
at Vilnius in Lithuania and Havana in Cuba. These stores sell a technology and
jewelry such as DSLR camera, T.V., computer, Diamond ring or Diamond watch etc.
Unfortunately TumTanRong cannot make a much profit to our business, and then
we have plan to close down this store in the future. On the other hand, H&N store
can make a lot of profit more than we predicted to our business.
Third is an earlier store we just open it (SkyLight). This store can make a
profit to us not less than H&N store. This store we sell a cloths and toy such as
business suit, T-shirt, doll and gift. Most profit that we make is come from business
suit.

Summary of financial profits & losses

The financial of my business. The big part of the profit still coming from the jewelry
store in Lithuania and Cloths store in Havana in Cuba. The product that can make a
best profit to my company are Diamond ring and Business suit. On the other hand, the
technology product such as DSLR camera and T.V. not make a profit much because
people not favor much about this. The product that costumer not favor we stop to
order it already and focus on product that costumer want.
After we know which product those customers want, we focus on the product and
try control the quality and prime cost all the time. If we can find the product the
cheaper or more quality but same cost we will change the product all the time to
make sure that costumer will receive the best quality in cheaper price.
