Merrill Middle School Orchestra

Meet the
Student Teacher
March 23, 2015

From Mr. Terrell

Hello! My name is
Michael Terrell and I will
be student teaching for the
remainder of the semester
in your childs orchestra
class. I am excited to
begin this experience and
look forward to working
with all of the students
here.
I recently completed my
high school student
teaching assignment at
Valley High School and
Valley Southwoods
Freshman High School.
This was extremely
rewarding, and I am very
fortunate to be placed in
two phenomenal
programs back-to-back!
Besides completing my

Student teaching
experience, my most
influential experience as
a leader and educator
has been my work at the
Boys and Girls Club of
Central Iowa. As a staff
person there, I have
worked with many
children (possibly your
own!) in a fun,
educational environment
and learned just as
much from them as they
learned from me.

Favorite Genre:
String Quartet
Favorite Piece:
Dvorak Symphony #9
Favorite Composer:
