Counselling the legal offenders

Legal offenders can be differentiated on the basis of Age, adult (18+) vs juvenile adolescents and
nature of offence major or minor. New types of crimes are being reported now a days like
kidnapping for ransom, forced extortion of money, bribery, road-rage beating and murders,
cheating, scams, misappropriation, adultration in food and medicines, molestation and rape; land
mafias; underworld Dons, and innumerable others.
