What are Ethics & Morals?

Ethics are values that form the basis of our decisions and
actions.
These values are deeply rooted in our sub-conscious.
They are mainly the result of inputs that we get during our
formative years from our parents, teachers and role-models.
Violating these values usually result in deep feelings of guilt
that will not let us be at peace with ourselves.
However, distorted or corrupt ethics and morals can give us
the ability to perform unscrupulous and immoral acts with
impunity.
It is therefore obvious that ethics and morals are what
ultimately distinguish the heroes from the villains!
