AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Ferdinand Ramos, legal age, single, resident of Brgy.658, Intramuros,

Manila City, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
state THAT:

1.

I am employed as Immigration Officer of the Bureau of Immigration

in Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 2(Philippine Airlines) located at

NAIA Rd. 1301, Pasay City;
2.

I was on duty at the Immigration Counter last October 1, 2014

from 7AM-7PM ;
3.

While I am at my post and checking the passports of the

passengers departing our country, I checked the passport(ZZ2166B) of Wicked

Witch and her boarding pass of her flight(Philippine Airlines Boarding
No.123456) Manila to New York at around 4pm ;
4.

I done the usual routine of Immigration Process and Wicked Witch

complied with it;

5.

The flight went thru with Wicked Witch as one of the passengers of

the Philippine Airlines flight Manila to Los Angeles.

I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
