DrugTestingWelfareBeneficiaries,NoMoreGovernmentCriticism
Drugtestingisfoundinplacesthroughoutthecountry.Theworkplace,sports,andsome
schools.Sowhyisitsuchabigdealwhenthegovernmentdecidestodoit?They(the
government)dothesamethingforclosetothesamereasons.Thatiswhydrugtestingfor
welfareisaverycontroversialquestion.Itwouldallowforwelfarebeneficiariestobedrugtested
toreceivethebenefitsoffered.Drugtestingshouldbemandatorybecauseitisanormalpartof
life,itkeepstaxpayersmoneysafe,andithelpsdrugaddicts.
Somemayarguethatthisdrugtestingviolatesthecurrentfourthamendmentrights.Such
assayingundercurrentFourthAmendmentdoctrine,drugtestingwelfarerecipientsis
unconstitutional.OnFoxnewsBillOReillysaid,whiletalkingwithaWashington
representative.Nobodyforcesanybodytoapplyforwelfareitisaprogramthatyouvoluntarily
comeinandfilloutformslikeyouhavetodo...Wearentgoingtothem,theyarecomingtous

whentheycometous.Andweaskreasonablequestions.Anothervalidatingargumentisthatfact

happen,wejustwanttomakesuretheyareusingthemoneyresponsibly.Iftheyarenotdoing

whycounterclaimsmadebytheopposingpartyarenotjustified.
Anotherreasondrugtestingshouldbemandatorytoreceivewelfarebenefitsis,because
itisanormalpartoflife.Inreallifemanyjobsmakedrugtestingmandatory.Thisisthefirst
ofthreereasonswhymyclaimjuststatedistrue.Inthisunbiasednewsarticleithitsononeof
mymainpointsstatingManypeopleneedtobedrugtestedinordertohavegainful
employmentandaregularpaycheck.Ifitisanormalpartoflifeforthevastmajorityofa
countryspopulation,thenthesystemoftestingisalreadyinplacetoaddwelfarerecipients

buttheywillsavemoney.Byremovingdrugabusersfromthewelfareprograms,thereisthe

theprogramisspecificallyagainsttheagreementsthatareassignedtoreceivethegovernment
benefitsinthefirstplace.Whatsthegoodofhavingapolicyofrequiringabstainingfrom
