COMMENTS: (strengths, areas for growth, next steps):

Kevin had a very successful first placement. His strengths are his desire to learn and willingness to ask
questions and accept both positive and constructive criticism. He applied lesson and classroom
management ideas immediately and with great effectiveness. He developed a great rapport with the students
in a short time. Kevin understands the importance of extracurriculars and volunteered to help coach the boys
hockey team even after his placement has completed. His area of growth would be to take more time and be
more detailed when breaking skills down for the class. This will definitely come with time and experience.
Kevin should continue to converse with colleagues to learn and build on his knowledge and experience.
Kevin has a passion to be a great teacher and he would be an excellent addition to any staff.
