I would like to apologize for logging out ahead of time in the log book this morning, because I
thought after the SO, I am allowed to go home and it will be considered as my duty.

However, Maam Maria Paz Santos informed us that we have to attend our remaining hours of
duty that is why I decided to go back on duty immediately.

Again I sincerely ask for forgiveness, admit my mistakes and promise not to do it again.
