SAP GRC 10 is ABAP based GRC 5.3 is java based In GRC 10 there is good integration
between components like Access control, process control and Risk management. in the
sense that there is interoperabiity of data like business units In GRC 5.3 you some times
have to create same redundant data for different components. GRC 10 with great
reporting features and they can also be customised without any coding
