Adam Levine takes Rockwell Olivier off failed ILH Group

Rockwell Olivier will be renamed RB Flinders after managing partner Adam

Levine agreed to buy the bankrupt ILH Group's stake in the Melbourne

corporate law firm.

Levine set up the firm, formerly known as Rockwell Bates, in 2008 and sold a 49
per cent stake to the ASX-listed ILH Group in 2012.
ILH went into voluntary administration in December, with KordaMentha
appointed to sell its assets including the Rockwell Olivier stake.
It's understood Levine has agreed to terms with KordaMentha, will take full
control of the firm and will operate it under a new name, RB Flinders.
RB Flinders has 17 lawyers and paralegals and four support staff.
Levine is well known among private equity fund managers and bankers. He
advised Advent Private Capital on its purchase and sale of GenesisCare and
worked on Photon Group's $146.5 million acquisition of the Field Marketing
Group.
