Well what do we have for afternoon snack today... Curried Sausages with 2 carrots, 1 celery stick, 2
potatoes, 1 onion and some spinach from our OSHC garden! To be served by itself or on a bed of rice...
delicious!

Well today I was privileged enough to attend a professional development training on the roles of educational
leaders, supervisors and approved providers in OSHC. It was great to be involved in OSHC specific training
and network with other OSHC Directors. I also visited the Walkerville and Paringa Park OSHC services and
shared some great ideas and knowledge from both services! I can't wait to come back to OSHC with some
motivating ideas for our staff! Tomorrow i'm off to a leading and managing staff in OSHC training and am
very looking forward to it. Seeyou all Wednesday!

A big thanks to Carmen Collins and her childcare service at TafeSA for letting us borrow 2 divider walls.
Last night we quickly changed the set up at OSHC to include a quiet corner. Lets see how the kids like it!

Well what a lucky town we live in! The Sunrise crew will be coming to Whyalla next week on Tuesday the
17th and Wednesday the 18th! With a live broadcast from 5am Wednesday morning at Hummock Hill and
the Foreshore area. A free sausage sizzle will be cooked by the Royal Flying Doctor Service throughout the
morning and tea and coffee will be available for purchase.

Hi all! We are seeing such great numbers in our before school care service. Thanks for everyone's support!
However, I would like to remind everyone that breakfast is only offered until 8am. Otherwise, it is too difficult
to get the children ready in time, and the room packed up, by 8:30am. Thanks!

Next week on Thursday (26th of March) there is a student free day at Town Primary School. Please let us
know ASAP If you require care for the day! Sessions 8-1 or 1-6 are $30 and the whole day session of 8-6 is
$55.

Everyone enjoying a yummy spaghetti bolognaise for afternoon snack. Ingredients include: beef mince,
bolognaise sauce, carrot, spring onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and spaghetti pasta! Very yum with hidden
goodies!
