    areas of operations management and highlight that these areas are
    identified as the most important OM aspects of Bigwave.
    3rd paragraph:
    Make diagram of the input, process & output of bigwave. And explain a bit
    on the input, process & output of bigwave. Explain operational
    management in terms of efficiency and effectiveness (in general). Next
    explain how big wave achieves efficiency and effectiveness in their
    operations. Give some examples of the operational activities which leads
    to efficiency and effectiveness in their operations.
