Dear Hiring CommitteeIt is with great interest that I am applying to your organization. I am currently
completing my studies in Master of Teaching and I am a Registered Early Childhood
Educator and have been activity working with families and teaching since before
my Early Childhood Education Degree. I have developed great passion towards
working with children and families.
The experience I have gained working as a Kindergarten and preschool
teacher, School Readiness program instructor, preschool supervisor, and camp
coordinator has well prepared me to work with many families and children in all
setting.
I have gained experience in program planning, teaching, staff/volunteer
supervision, training and management, event planning and organization,
teamwork, proper communication with staffs, parents and the community, as well
as helping young children learn and develop. I am prepared to use what I have
learnt and gained in my past experiences and apply it to all my future work with
children and families.
I also have a strong background of experience and knowledge in school
readiness, preschool and the kindergarten age group. I have work with this age
group both in the community setting and in the private setting.
I believe that with my many different working experiences, both local and
overseas and my strong passion for working with children, I will be able to
contribute greatly to your centre.
