MENDON MAN CITED FOR OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A BAC

ABOVE 0.08
Eric Rademacher of Mendon, Vermont, has been cited by the Attorney Generals Office to appear
in court to answer to a charge of driving under the influence in violation of 23 V.S.A. 1201(a)(1). The
citation stems from events that occurred on March 2, 2015. Rademacher is scheduled to be arraigned in
the Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division, on April 13, 2015, at 8:30 a.m.
The Attorney Generals Office will be submitting charging documents to the Rutland Criminal
Division before the end of the week. Pursuant to the Rules for Public Access to Court Records and the
Rules of Criminal Procedure, these documents will not be publicly accessible at the court until there has
been a finding of probable cause by a judicial officer.
