The Keystone Wildlife Consultants is a business in which land

Either that person does not have a lot of time to care for it,
or it is too big a job. KWC will ease that sort of persons work
load while producing an excellent, professionally clean and
cared for, land. This could benefit farmers, hunters, and any
landowners. The service we provide for property owners
offers a tremendous financial return on their investment.
The service includes whitetail deer management; food plot
work, habitat work, herbicide work, and what ever it takes
for you to have a successful hunting season. We also offer
wild turkey management; habitat work, food plot work, and
what ever else you need to have a successful turkey season
or turkey population. We also offer wetland work for
waterfowl; food plots, habitat work, and even creating the
wetlands, so that you may have a successful wetlands and
even a successful hunting season. We can provide more
comprehensive and cost-effective services than our

competitors. We will do excellent work for a reasonable

price.
Part B- Financial A: Start-up Costs/Monthly Expenses:
Expenses:
Real Estate:
The company will be run from home, meaning the office
would run from home.
Equipment:
Seeds:
Food plots are a big part of deer, turkey, and even waterfowl
management. The first few years we will only offer deer and
turkey food plots. All of the seeds will be coming from
Whitetail Institute. We will be partnering up with them, with
the help of Alex Goodner, who is one of Whitetail Institute
top salesmen. When picking a food plot seed a lot goes into
it, wheres the plot, soil levels, how large the area is, the
terrain, and even how many deer in the area. Whitetail
Institute took at least 5 years of research on each seed,
some of their plots will benefit deer and even turkey. So KWC
will have a large variety of seeds that we will offer, some for
the spring and others for the fall. Here is the list below:
Spring Seeds:

Fall Seeds:

All of these seeds have their own different

benefits, so picking the seed all depends on what the

landowners goal is.

All equipment from John Deere or Husqvarna except seeds,
that comes from Whitetail Institute.

Financial B: Starting Capital
Wheres the money coming from to get the company
started?
KWC will take a loan; from, Kish Bank
Starting Loan: $4,000
(If one month not able to meet the goal, take another $1,000
loan.)
The Goal:
Each month make about $5,000 a month. Monthly costs
$2,738. Profit: $2,262. 10% of Prophet gets donated to Non-

Profit Organizations.

10% of that money is $262. So we would have $2,000 left so,

each month we would make a $300 down payment, which
would take us 16 months to payback the loan, which by that
time we would have more customers and we would be
making more money our goal is to be able to $7000 after the
fist 6-8 months ahead.
The Non-Profitt organization that we will be donating to all
believe in wildlife conservation, so 10% will be going to the
QDMA, RME, NWTF, DU, and Ruffed Grouse Society.

KWC is a company who want to conserve wildlife and

continue the hunting heritage for future generations to
come!
