o Students will have uploaded 18 -20 pictures related to hobby


o Students will have included music
o Students will write 1 or 2 paragraphs at least 5 sentences in length explaining their hobby
o Sentences should have correct grammar, spelling and punctuation

Materials:
o Computer, Pencil, Paper

Inclusion Techniques for Students with Special Needs:

o Students will special needs will work with partner


o Teacher will assist when needed

Enrichment Techniques:

o Students may add an additional paragraph explaining their hobby

o 12-15 photos
o at least 1 paragraph 3-5 sentences in length
o sentences should have correct spelling and punctuation
Lesson Presentation
Introduction/Motivational Activities/Anticipatory Set:
o Discuss favorite hobbies
o Show example of photostory

o Students will work with a partner
o Get laptop from cart
o Open Photostory 3 for windows
o Search internet for photos that reflect their hobby & save on hard drive
o Upload in Photostory
o Select music from internet or Photostory
o Write paragraphs explaining hobby

Guided Practice/Independent Practice/Assessment Activities

o Teacher will circulate around the room to assist where needed

Closure:
o Students will read their paragraphs
o Students will share their photostories
