By the end of the semester, students will have learned how to do the following with
80% accuracy:
Find co-terminals, supplementary angles, and complimentary angles
Convert radians to degrees and degrees to radians
Label and understand the Unit circle with Radians, Degrees, and
coordinates.
Find missing sides or angles of right triangles
Solve trigonometric functions
Find any given angle on the unit circle
Graph sine, cosine, secant, cosecant, tangent, and cotangent
Find missing sides or angles using the law of sine or the law of cosine
Solve words problems using the law of cosine and the law of sine

Contribute 2 replies to peers each week on the weekly discussion
Complete all activities, lessons, and exercise by themselves unless told
otherwise by Mrs. Winslett
Complete all graded activities such as quizzes and tests without any
outside materials.
Turn in all material to the required drop box on time,

Assignments turned in late will lose 10 points per day that they are late.

Grading Policy
Students will have at least one quiz to complete each week that will match that
weeks learning objectives.
Students will also be required to engage in weekly discussions to ensure that all
students understand the material before taking their quiz.
At the end of every unit, a test will be given. The kind of test that will be taken will
depend on what the unit allows for.
Projects will be assigned though out the semester to ensure that all topics are
being remembered and to show how one topic relates to another.

Honesty
Students are to complete their work by themselves unless otherwise noted by the
teacher. Cheating and Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will
result in the following consequences.
1st offense: Call to parent, guardian, or learning coach
2nd offense: Phone call plus receiving a zero for the assignment
3rd offense: Failure of the class resulting in having to retake it later
4th offense: Removal from the online classroom
