Jenny has found her stride with planning, preparation, and effective instructional delivery. Jenny has shown
tremendous growth since arriving at her second placement. She is thriving in the 1st grade classroom. She
provides confident and creative instruction. Her thoughtful lessons provide student-centered learning activities
that engage the young learners. She will be an asset to any school division that hires her.
