AUTHORIZATION
The undersigned, as Assistant City Prosecutor of the City of
Tacloban, in accordance with Section 5, Rule 110 of the Revised
Rules of Court and other pertinent laws as the case may be,
authorizes Atty. Jay Yulo to appear as private prosecutor for
private party Pedro Santos in the case Republic of the Philippines
vs. Juan De la Cruz with case number 123, a case for Slight
Physical Injuries filed before the Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 1
of Tacloban City. Atty. Yulo is however under the supervision of the
undersigned in the handling of this case. This authority will
continue until revoked or otherwise withdrawn.
