A talented graduate of McMaster University and current Mohawk College student with communications and
research experience. Has demonstrated a skilled use of written and verbal communication, interpersonal
and time management skills, and social media expertise to facilitate the progress and success of work
projects. Industry experiences include leadership training, retail, construction, politics, research, education,
consumer goods and food services. Provided guidance, organization, public relations advice and leadership
to fundraising initiatives and campus organizations at McMaster University, and mentored teenagers in an
outdoor camp program in Muskoka designed to help them learn how to be leaders and world changers in
their community.

Writing and Research Consultant, Labourer
Collected and analyzed company archives and board documents, interviewed employees, and collected
stories to create a detailed company timeline and develop a comprehensive history for the growth and
development of company culture. After content collection, began to work with the CEO to write a full
history of the Male Reinders Construction story. Prior to this role, I spent two summers working as a
labourer on job sites, giving me a strong understand of the inner workings of the construction industry and
general contracting.
Cardus
Collected labour statistics, and background information and helped to provide research for a policy paper
on the College of Trades government initiative, as well as other construction policy papers on restricted
bidding within Ontario municipalities. Gathered and consolidated research for other projects, and helped
contribute to database entries. Other responsibilities included small building operations projects and writing
for the organizations public blog.
