Deleted RRv.cab file from C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet

Files
Reinstalled with Admin prevelages.
2. HP QC plugins page /HP ALM client registration also did not helped.
3. Copied RRV.cab file from the other mechine that is working perfectly. And pasted the file
in C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Local\HP\ALM-Client\qc11.
Even pasted the file in C:\Users\xyz\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
while the application is loading.
