provided haircuts to dogs and cats. I provided grooming services for all sizes, ages, and temperaments
of dogs and cats. I performed other services such as nail trims, ear cleaning and plucking, anal gland
expression, painting nails, Furminator treatments, aloe re-moisturizing treatments, pad re-moisturizing
treatments, teeth brushing, flea treatment and prevention, de-matting and deep cleansing facial
treatments on both dogs and cats. I documented observations of the pet's condition including any
recommendations for a follow-up with a vet and gave the customer written information about the pet's
