Blow the whistle to bring students into PODS.

Attendance (A student will run down to office to submit
attendance.
Warm up POD 3
Main activity
Cool down/stretch
Get changed/fill out duotangs
After attendance is taken, POD 3 will have 1-2 mins to decide
what they want the class to do for warm up. Talk to students
about the cross fit workout, and the career possibility with
being a cross fit coach.
Body
POD 3 will get to decide what activity they want the class to
do for a warm up. Each week the PODS rotate so each group
gets a turn.
I participate with the class in the activity and move
around/between teams to make sure everyone is participating.
1. V1 In gym (left side) 1160 rep burn (see sheet) should
start around 145pm. (complete 1 round)
2. V2 In gym, 830 (right side) rep burn

I will work out with the class moving around, coaching the
kids and giving encouragement to those who need it. If
someone doesnt have a partner, I will be their partner.
