+9 Volt and 9Volt Power Supply

This project is relate with Power Supply producing +9Volt and -9Volt .C. Supplies.
Sometime we require this positive and negative voltage electric supply.
In this project we are going to learn to prepare +9 Volt an -9Volt supply in simplest
possible way by using two 9 Volt batteries.
Items Required:
Its very clear from the circuit diagram that
only two 9 Volt battery serves the purpose.
This power supply is very useful in
electronics projects, which requires + and
9Volt supply.
Regulated Power Supply ICs:
To achieve +9Vlot regulated power supply,
IC 7809 is commonly used in power
supply and 7909 is commonly used for
-9Volt regulated power supply.
We can use this battery based power
supply to test and run the project (if
current demand is comparatively low).
We had used this circuit in one of our
innovative project; you too can try to
prepare the project.
(There are Circuit diagram available
for Integrated Circuit (IC) based regulated power supply but this project
has been created understanding the need and knowledge of the students
learning at School Level. The most important features of this project are

2. Easy to understand
3. Easy to use. And
4. Safe.
