Submit a code of ethics to be implemented and used by all staff

members, to keep personnel and student issues private.
Observe a healthy organizational work space, teachers,
administrators and staff working with each other in a comfortable,
warm environment.
Strengthen the awareness of how ethics and comradery can
strengthen a school not only among the staff but can make an impact
on their students and their attitudes.
It is important for staff to realize how they conduct themselves does
impact the view others have about them and the school.
By April 2015, I will have interviewed 4 different individuals in different
positions within the organization and submit a code of ethics plan.
