Teacher can post

questions on the
board and the
students can text in
their answers. This
is Instructionism
because the
questions are
planned by the
teacher and the
learning objectives
are clear.

Students can
play math games
on their phones
as a positive
reinforcement.

Mathematics
1. Number

Properties, and
Operations

2. Patterns,
Functions, and
Algebraic
Structures
3. Analysis,
Statistics, and
Probability

The student will

go on a QR Hunt.
They will scan the
code with their
cell phones for
the questions
and then text the
answer into the
teacher which
will put into a
data graph so in
the end the
students can see
all of the answers
and percentage
of correct
answers. This fits
under NETS-S
because the
students are
using the
technology
standards to help
them find the
question and to
answer the
questions.

Students will use the

app Quick Graph to
graph the data they
collect from an
activity. The
students will be
constructivism
because the student
will be constructing
their own
knowledge about
the data through
their experiences.
They can either
accept the data or
change their beliefs
based off the data.

4. Shape,
Dimension, and
Geometric
Relationships
Reading, Writing, and Communicating
Students can
have a meeting
with the teacher
using viper.
Students will
have to use oral
expression in the
meeting. It is
flipped
classroom
because they will
not be in the
classroom doing
the meeting.

1. Oral
Expression and
Listening

Teachers can use

the e-reader for
students who are
not reading as a
positive
punishment to
encourage the
student to read.
This will
encourage
students
engagement in
reading.

2. Reading for
All Purposes

You could have a

flipped
classroom by
having the
students use
their iPad to
create their own
stories using
Story Kit. This
could be done at
home and then
when they meet
they could all
share their
stories.

3. Writing and
Composition

4. Research
and Reasoning

Students will use

a blog on their
mobile devise to
blog about the
content in which
they are

studying. The
student will
construct
research and
post the
information to
their blog. The
other students
will use the blogs
of their
classmates as a
learning tool.
This is student
use since the
students are
doing the
research and
blogging.

Social Studies
1. History

2. Geography

The teacher will

create a QR
Hunt of famous
people for the
students. The
teacher needs
to use
technology to
create the QR
Codes and be
prepared for
their students
to have
problems with
their
technology.
The teachers
are using their
knowledge and
growing with
technology.
Extension of
Direct
instruction: The
students can use
their Google
Earth app on
their phones to
map their route
that they take to
school. This will
be student use
because the
students will be

school.

Students will need

to use
constructivism to
use their prior
knowledge of
money. The student
will need their
phone for the store
to scan the QR code
for the price of the
item. The student
then needs to either
make a choice to
buy/trade or change
their mind on the
item due to the
price.

3. Economics

4. Civics
Science
Teacher will use
direct instruction
by having the
students pull up a
periodic table on
their tablet and
follow along while
the teacher
explains the parts
of it and what
elements they will
be looking at.

1. Physical
Science

2. Life Science

Students can take

pictures on their
nature hikes or of
their plants that
they are growing
in the classroom to
document the
object. Students
will then be able to
refer back to the
picture later on in
the unit. This is
Blooms Taxonomy
because the
students can refer
back to the
pictures to
understand what

they saw, apply it

to their discussion,
analyze the picture
and evaluate what
they did.
Student can use
there iPad and go
to the NASA app
to explore the
latest space
activity. Students
will be doing this
as a direct
instruction
because the
student will be
using the app to
learn more about
what is
happening in
space.

Instead of using

the teacher will

can see it up

could also be

can help guide
the students.

iTunes. Students
with autism
spectrum
disorders, and
others who may
have difficulty
speaking, can use
the app's library of
symbols and textto-speech
conversion to
communicate
easily and
naturally with
others. Blooms
Taxonomy will
ensure that the
student is getting
the information
they need to
understand the
material, apply to
the activity,
analyze the
information, and
create a final
product to show
the knowledge.

Gifted/
Talented

The student can

create an eportfolio using
their iPad to
document their
work. The
student must
know how to use
technology to
use the eportfolio.

Reflection:
I believe that there is a demand for all students to have a friendly mobile learning classroom. I think there can be mobile learning done in the
classroom as long as it is being used properly. The first things needs to be setting rules and having every student come up with a bad behavior
punishment and a good behavior reward. The teacher can use the punishments and rewards to guide their classroom management. The teacher also
needs to be familiar with the devices being used and always have a backup just in case the mobile device is not working. I think that mobile learning
technologies offer teachers-and students-a more flexible approach to learning. The students are more engaged in learning when using the latest
technology, because it is what they are most used to interacting with. I think having a mobile learning classroom will increase my TPACK because
my technology concept will be fuller. I also think content will be equal to technology because it is important to teach content using technology.
