Project Management/ Implementation: As a subcontractor and representative, I worked
onsite with their clients, templating creative solutions to their kitchen and bath needs. I would
then translate those needs into clear templates and drawing markups to the supplier, manage
and perform installs, and perform best in class finish polishing. I also advise on further
maintenance and care of their new stone finishings.
Team Management: Lead a team of 7 independent traders, providing mentoring and training.
Program Management: As business owner, I managed all programs, cash flows, payroll, taxes
