MIDTERM
During this course of Christinas preceptoring she has been developing in some areas as specified and in some areas
has shown satisfactory improvement. As a new graduate challenges are going to be ongoing but with better time
management skils, her determination to learn and adapt to the tasks set out for her will prove her strengths and
‘weakness throughout her career. Her mannerism towards being professional, responsible and ethical will
demonstrate her knowledge towards being a good nurse within the health care system.
FINAL
Over the past 14 weeks Christina has developed great strengths and has shown improved confidence and initiative,
causing her to carry out her role as a nursing student with minimal supervision using safe work practices. Christina
‘communicated well with others and through written and verbal means keeps appropriate records. She related well
with peers and residents alike and functions well as a team member.
‘As her preceptor Christina has done remarkably weji and with time and experience will be well on her way to utilize
her skills and knowledge to help others. - .
