SUMMARY OF SELF EVALUATION

What are my strengths at the end of the semester?

I am competent at documentation. I document all relevant patient information such as
vital signs, ADLs and all assessments accurately and in a timely manner. I am also
competent in communicating: I communicate well with my fellow peers, clinical
instructor, staff and patient asking relevant questions and making constructive criticism
and also accepting constructive criticism from peers and instructor.

What are my areas for development at the end of the semester?

At the end of this semester I wish to develop further my medication administration skills
by doing on-going drug researches, learning the drug actions and classification, and
seeking help from my clinical instructor so I can administer drug without using my drug
card. I also wish to develop my critical thinking skills so I Will be better able to problem
solve and come up with solutions that will benefit my patients.
