Purpose of Experience or Event: The purpose of this experience is to provide the participants
(first and second year students) with the skills to discuss their transferable skills to secure an
internship and prepare a resume. Students will have the opportunity practice discussing their
transferable skills in a low-risk environment.
Description of Experience or Event: Career Services staff will come into the building and
present information on crafting resumes and how to connect experiences to transferable skills.
